Wholesale Shipping Info

Orders ship from Omaha, Nebraska, and most are processed and shipped within 48 hours. If you order on a weekend or holiday, your order will normally ship within the next two business days.  

For customized orders, (custom labels for practitioners, embroidery) please allow extra time for processing. 

Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Mail.  If you'd like us to ship UPS Freight Collect, please call us at 888-445-3368 with your UPS Shipper Number and your order.  If you order online, you will be charged regular shipping. 

We will be closed on the days listed below. Orders submitted on these days will be processed within the next two business days.

Thanksgiving and the Day After
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
January 1st for New Years

Tracking Information

Tracking information will automatically be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.  If you didn't receive tracking information and would like to, please contact us and we'll email you your tracking number. 

Shipping Costs

We offer fixed Ground shipping rates, so you'll know exactly what to expect when you place your order, instead of having to wait until the very end.  Every year, we review actual shipping rates and make adjustments accordingly.  We work hard to figure out the most economical, reliable way to ship your products and our rates reflect that. 

Ground Shipping within the Continental US:

Ground Shipping is based on your order total. Please allow 2 business days to process orders. Ground shipping will reach you within 5-10 business days once your order has shipped.

     Orders of $200+ = 16.00 shipping
     Orders of $300+ = 20.00 shipping
     Orders of $400+ = 24.00 shipping
     Orders of $700+ = 35.00 shipping
     Orders of $1000+ = 50.00 shipping
     Orders of $1500+ = 75.00 shipping
     Orders of $2000+ = 100.00 shipping
     Orders of $3000+ = 150.00 shipping
     Orders of $4000+ = 300.00 shipping

Priority Shipping within the Continental US:

Priority Shipping is also based on your order total. When you choose Priority Shipping, your order is pushed to the front of the line and processed within 1-business day or sooner. Priority shipping will reach you within 3-5 business days once your order has shipped.   Please see your priority shipping charge at checkout.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico:

Because shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico varies and can be significantly higher, all orders to these destinations will be charged an initial $10.00 shipping charge.  Once we've packed your order, we will determine the actual shipping amount to be added, and let you know.  Sorry, but orders are not eligible for Priority Shipping.

Shipping Internationally?  

We can ship directly to Canada, Mexico and many countries. For most others, we can ship to a freight forwarder in the US. Please note our website is not able to accept an order with an international shipping address, so if you'd like to order you will need to contact us directly.

The easiest way to place an international order is to contact us and ask for our Wholesale Order Form which we will have you fill out and return to us so we know what you'd like to order and where it is shipping to.  At that time we will also be able to provide you with more information about international shipping requirements, and to get our International Wholesale Order Information and Acknowledgement Form.  We must receive a signed and dated Acknowledgement Form before your order can ship.  You can contact us at 402-339-8825 or email us at [email protected] There is someone available to take your phone call Monday-Friday from 8:30 - 4:30 CST (excluding holidays). 

Once we've received your order information, we'll pack your order and calculate the shipping cost and notify you of the shipping cost. Once you approve the order and payment has cleared, we will ship your order. Typical shipping time frame is 6-10 business days as soon as it as shipped. This time frame can vary depending on any delays while at customs clearance. 

Clearing Customs:

When importing into your country, you may incur duties or taxes.  We are NOT responsible for these duties or taxes, and it is your responsibility to determine and understand these costs when you place your order.   

Most of our personal care products are made in the United States and are eligible for NAFTA, which means they are duty-free.  Our Robes, Towels and Foot scrubbers are made overseas, so you should expect to pay duty on these.

International Returns & Exchanges:

Sorry, but once items leave the United States they cannot be returned and/or exchanged.  Please contact us before you order with any questions.  We'll be happy to measure items, and help in any way we can to make sure you know what you're getting.
