FAQs About Working with Gilden Tree

What is your minimum order?  
Our minimum online order is $100.  If you would like to place a smaller order, please contact us at 888-445-3368, and be aware that a $20 "Under Minimum" fee will be added to your invoice.

If I don't order online, how else can I place an order?  
Just call us toll-free at 888-445-3368 within the US, or 402-339-8825 if calling from outside the US.  We can also send you a Wholesale Order Form via email that you can fax to us at 402-339-8826 or mail to us: at 9203 J Street, Omaha, NE 68127.  For your own safety, please don't include your credit card number in an email

Can I download a wholesale order form?  
Please contact us for a wholesale order form and price list.

Do you have a printed catalog?
We do have printed product sheets for many products, but the most complete product information is on our website. Please contact us and let us know what you are interested in.

What credit cards do you accept? Can I order COD?  
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry - we do not accept COD orders.  If you do not wish to use a credit card, ask for a Pro-Forma Invoice. We will prepare your order, invoice it and send the invoice to you. After we receive your check for the full amount, we will ship your order to you.

Can I get Open Credit Terms with Gilden Tree?
Except for rare instances, all first orders must be paid for with a credit card.  If you are a return customer and would like to apply for open credit terms, please download our Gilden Tree Credit Agreement, fill it in and fax it to us at 402-339-8826. You may include an existing credit sheet, but our form must be signed and dated by someone your bank recognizes as an authorized signer.  

We contact your bank and trade references, so please provide complete information.  If your bank charges a fee for a reference, we will let you know so you can either ask them to waive it, or reimburse us for the charge. 

If your account is approved for open terms, you will be notified in approximately two weeks. Please call Rosemary at 888-445-3368 to check the status of any pending credit applications.  In order to maintain your Net 30 Days terms, all invoices must reach us by the date due.

Do you work with Rep Groups?  
We work directly with all customers.  If you would like us to contact you once a month, please let us know and we'll be happy to add you to our monthly call list.

Do you have restricted territories?  
Sorry - we do not have restricted territories.  If you'd like to know who else is selling Gilden Tree in your area, please contact us and we'll get you the most current information.

How can I find out about new products?
Just e-mail us and let us know that you'd like to be on our "New Products E-mail Alert List." Then whenever we have new products, you'll be the first to know!

Can you do custom embroidery?
Yes we can. Most all of our textiles embroider well and we have an excellent local partner we work with.  Please review our Embroidery Guidelines and contact us with any questions.

Does Gilden Tree do Corporate Gifts or Custom Gift Baskets?
Yes!  We've created some extraordinary corporate gifts and would be happy to help you. Please call us and we'll help you get started.  Want to add a non-Gilden Tree product?  That's fine, too.  Just let us know and we'll help create a unique gift that reflects your brand and that the recipient will love.
