ust the thing to warm body and soul on a cold winter's day, with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry.  Also great when you have a cold! 


1/2 cup Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tsp ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground Ginger
1/8 tsp ground Cloves


Small mixing bowl, fork


Blend all ingredients well and add to a warm bath.  You'll love the spicy warm scent in the bath and on you, and the blend itself is actually good for you - full of natural antibacterial, antiseptic qualities. Substitute salt for the baking soda, and this is a nice scrub that leaves skin smelling a little spicy.

Some cultures consider Cinnamon, Ginger and Cloves gentle aphrodisiacs. We're not making any promises, but it's fun to try!
